My name is Elena, and I am the owner of this elegant villa, which consists of four apartments. The property is located in Lignano Riviera, just 100 meters from the beach and surrounded by the lush greenery of the pine grove, in a quiet and private area.
The villa is 250 meters from the town center, in a well-served area with supermarkets, shops, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants. Each apartment is spacious and bright, covering 100 square meters, making them ideal for families, even large ones, with children, accommodating up to 7 guests.
The private garden is fenced and surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful atmosphere for our guests. Small pets are welcome, as long as they are calm and well-behaved. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring you have an unforgettable stay.
